Dave has over 25 years in wealth management, previously serving as Senior Vice-President at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth, leading advisor onboarding and operations. His extensive background in business development at Cardinal Capital Management Inc., and sales leadership at AGF Management Ltd., Invesco Ltd., and IQON, enhances his ability to empower advisors.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Winnipeg and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba.
